We provide the ability for advertising clients to purchase space within our network of student organisation websites for the desired period of time. All the student organisation websites within our network are the official student sites of each issue's organisation, be they the Students' Union, Students' Association or the Students' Guild. Each are the main official student website for these bodies and promoted to their student populous as such.

Our banner system operates through the whole of each student organisation website, basically throughout the whole of our online network. It is situated at the top of the website, within the header for maximum exposure is and usually placed on the right hand side. Each banner added is a Giff file, animated or static. We only accept Giff files to reduce the usage of flash and to help keep all areas of the website as accessible as possible. Each banner is alt-tagged with its text version of promotion supplied by the client. Banner adverts give you a visual opportunity to promote and attract students to your services or product and banners allow you to direct student straight to your online services through url linking.

Banners are added to each student organisation website and rotate in order between each banner on an internal click or refresh on the website page. We try to limit each site to a maximum of only 10 banners, however due to the popularity of our network this is not always possible. We use rolling web advert technology for each student organisation website, so when you place a banner on our network, it immediately becomes first priority and leading advert. As new clients place their advertising the order filters down during the display period. Lozenges are hard-coded advert boxes which are positioned within the lower left navigation bar on virtually every section of each student organisation website. Unlike banner adverts, lozenges are individual placements and do not rotate or share the same area with other adverts and remain in the same location on internal clicks or page refreshes. Lozenges are a great way to have a constant link to your own website on virtually every page of each student organisation website. Each Lozenge advert is a static Jpeg, Giff or PNG image with alt-text provided by the client.

Most student organisations do not allow more then 3 commercial lozenges on their websites, however some allow a few extra spaces. If you are looking to purchase a lozenge space we advise clients to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

When purchasing an RSS Feed News Advertorial, your promotion is placed as the top news story for 24 hours from your confirmed starting time. During this period no other new story will be added above the promoting advertorial. After this period the advertorial naturally filters through the sub news section within the homepage then through the archived news pages within the website. News advertorials stay on each displaying website for periods of up to a year or more, and even after many months, the advertising can stall be benefiting the advertiser through search engine results.
